I had a problem with my kitchen sink late one evening, it was backing up and the pipe in the basement was full to the top with "gunk". Being so late, I emailed him hoping he would contact me quickly. First thing the next morning, I received an email back to schedule an appointment. I called him and he fit me in within a couple of hours. I was very nervous thinking that it was a huge problem and would most likely cost a fortune to fix. I was relieved when he explained that there was an effective and simple fix. I love how he explained my different options, and surprisingly suggested the cheapest and easiest fix, he didn't try to sell me on anything unnecessary. He knew what he was talking about and explained the whole process as he went along, I felt like I got a lesson on Plumbing 101. 😊

At the end, he completely fixed the blockage, and did all new piping under the sink and it cost me way less than I was expecting. He even told me how to maintain the kitchen sink as it's one area that tends to build up, and took the time to check out my bathroom. I'm glad I didn't call the big name guys, they definitely would have taken advantage of the panic I was feeling...From now on I can feel at ease knowing that if I ever have a problem again, I know who to call. I would totally recommend him to family and friends. It's not every day you find such a professional and honest plumber you can trust, but I thankfully did.
